Rosalind Brewer, the new CEO of Walgreens Boots Alliance is the only Black woman currently leading a Fortune 500 company. Previously in 2017, Brewer was the first Black and first woman to serve as Starbucks CEO and before that she served five years as the CEO of Sam’s Club, which is owned by Walmart. Her goal is to improve the company’s revenue.
